I've been a Naturopathic Doctor since 2010, but have been around natural and traditional medicine my whole life.
Throughout my childhood, my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my life and practice today. Integrity for wellbeing, a trust in process , a balanced outlook and a heaping dose of kindness.
Today, I aim to use these same principles with my family. And every day, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto – Canada’s largest accredited naturopathic institution. During my naturopathic program, I completed a clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC) and the Lakeshore Area Multidisciplinary Project, a community health centre in Etobicoke, where I worked closely with patients to facilitate health and wellness.
I really love working with children, and served on the specialized clinical Pediatric shift during my internship at the RSNC. I truly believe that it's never too early to implement health and wellness goals with your family.
Prior to pursuing my ND degree, I obtained an honours Bachelor of Science (Hon. BSc) degree in Human Behavioural Biology at the University of Toronto. This specialized degree led me down the path of intrigue and passion for human behaviour, health and wellness.
Naturopathic Medicine combines the science of medicine with the art of practice and understanding what really facilitates health and disease.
It's a true honour to be part of someone's health journey, and I look forward to meeting you soon.
